What you’ll be doing
Generate retail sales by combining passion for technology with exceptional customer service.
Discover customers’ needs through connections and insightful questions.
Recommend product insights and solutions for a complete sales experience.
Close sales with clear communication to fulfill customer needs.
Develop operational skills through training in merchandising and inventory.
Grow your customer base via outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers.
Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon events.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 in commissions.

What we’re looking for Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Bilingual fluency in English and one of Cantonese or Mandarin.
≥1 year relevant experience (work or military).
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
Openness to picking up extra shifts during peak periods.
Even better if you have:
Commission‑based sales experience.
Customer‑facing sales experience.
Customer service experience.
