Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated Outdoor Billboard Hardware Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with billboard customers. In this role you will be responsible for selling billboard hardware like ratchet straps, rods, wind frames, lights, aprons, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with billboard customers.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.

Educate clients on the benefits and applications of our products.

Collaborate with current print clients to cross-sell hardware solutions.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall growth of the business.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Gather and report on market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or hardware sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Understanding of the outdoor advertising industry is a plus.

Land Lease Representative Roswell, New Mexico

Position Summary Supports the company in all duties related to functions and activities necessary to secure profitability, maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. The Land Lease Representative is responsible for finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. It will require in office time at our Roswell office and travel throughout New Mexico. Travel is required.

Essential Job Functions and Tasks

Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases.

Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites.

Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations.

Apply for permits at the local and state level.

Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed.

Required Education and Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) is required plus one to three years of outdoor advertising or real estate experience; including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting.

A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
