QuestMark is hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically with experience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end usersin commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k

Job Summary

Responsiblefor account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings. All sales are B2B

New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations

Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Some overnight travel

Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Candidate Qualifications

B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred

2+ years of past territory and account development experience

Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success

The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment

Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts

Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
