What you’ll be doing
You will introduce small and medium business customers to our cutting‑edge 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs. You’ll interact with customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting, demonstrating the value of end‑to‑end technology solutions. You’ll partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small‑business results through the retail channel. You’ll grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small‑business segment. You’ll utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems. You’ll conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. You’ll service the needs of the existing customer base. You’ll use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business. Compensation includes a base salary and target individual‑based commission, with unlimited opportunity to exceed plans and earn additional sales incentives. Benefits begin on day one and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, tuition assistance, discounts, and paid time off.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience, including sales, marketing, or customer service. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications. Outside sales experience with outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. Experience influencing a team to drive sales results. Capability to drive positive results in a team environment. People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and building trust.
