We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorneys to join our passionate, client-focused legal team. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid background in removal defense, appeals, family-based immigration and business immigration matters.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in Removal Defense matters before the Immigration Court, including both Master Calendar and Individual hearings.
Prepare clients for and conduct Asylum Interviews with USCIS.
Draft and file legal briefs, including BIA briefs and Circuit Court appeals.
Handle a wide range of family-based immigration matters, such as I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, and naturalization.
Develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Review and supervise paralegal work and support staff contributions.
Maintain proactive and empathetic communication with clients throughout their case.
Track deadlines and manage a dynamic caseload with diligence and precision.
Qualifications
Licensed attorney in good standing with any U.S. State Bar.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in immigration law.
Demonstrated experience in BIA and Circuit Court brief writing and appellate work.
Deep understanding of asylum law, immigration court procedure, and USCIS processes.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced setting.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive, client‑centered approach.
Russian fluency is a plus, but not required.
