Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated
Automotive Sales Manager
to lead and drive performance within our sales department. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in coaching teams, managing processes, and delivering strong sales results in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross goals
Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist in closing customers
Ensure consistent execution of dealership sales processes
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Work closely with BDC, F&I, and senior management to maximize profitability
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager required
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to analyze reports and manage KPIs
Customer-focused with a proven closing ability
Professional demeanor and high ethical standards
Experience in high-volume or multi-brand dealerships preferred
