Position Summary

Provides support to Life Time's members and clubs by delivering best in class experiences through an omnichannel of live chat, inbound phone calls and inbound emails. Responds to Member account & billing inquiries, processes outstanding balances, assists with membership changes, resolves service issues, updates payment information and records information in Life Time's Member Management and CRM Systems. Upholds policies, procedures and guidelines that pertain to or affect members and membership processes. This position is expected to work 36 hours per week. The 36 hours will be worked over four (4) days. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supports members via incoming live chat, phone calls and emails. May involve answering membership related questions, troubleshooting account issues, resolving billing issues, collecting payments, processing membership changes, updating payment information, researching root of problems, and following up with team members/members to insure issues are resolved.

Position Requirements

HS Graduate or Equivalent

1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience

Excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Requirements

Some college course work

Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to handle each situation in one contact and in a positive, professional, and tactful manner

Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $34.50, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
