You'll be: Coordinating inbound and outbound freight for domestic and international shipments, ensuring strict compliance with FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations Accurately preparing and maintaining FTZ documentation, customs filings, and recordkeeping for imports, exports, and intercompany transfers Acting as the primary liaison with customs brokers, carriers, and U.S. Customs for all material movement and compliance issues Executing SAP transactions for receiving, shipping, and inventory movements to ensure data integrity Monitoring inventory to guarantee proper FTZ labeling, storage, and compliance Supporting freight strategy execution, assisting with carrier selection, performance tracking, and basic KPI reporting Coordinating special shipments, equipment transfers, and handling non-routine freight movements Performing monthly FTZ audits, preparing import/export balance reports, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in warehousing, FTZ operations, customs compliance, or CBP-related roles Possess experience in international and cross-border logistics environments Have working knowledge of FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations Are experienced with SAP and familiar with inventory and shipping transactions Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
