Inside Sales Agents
to join our team in
Miami, FL . We are seeking motivated, self‑starter candidates who are eager to earn, grow, and build a long‑term career with our organization.
This is an
inbound sales role within a fast‑paced call center environment . In this position, you will engage with customers, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and leverage your communication and negotiation skills to drive sales results.
Compensation Our competitive compensation structure includes:
Potential promotional incentives
Agents earn
an average of $63K annually , with top performers exceeding this through strong sales contributions and incentive opportunities.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday:
8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday:
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This role operates in a
structured call center environment
where:
Agents are expected to maintain consistent availability during scheduled work hours
Breaks and lunches are scheduled and taken at assigned times
to support call volume and service level commitments
Performance is measured by sales results, customer experience, and
schedule adherence
Qualifications
Spanish language skills are a plus
Ability to thrive in a performance‑driven, metrics‑based environment

Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.

Meets sales targets by product category
Uses program knowledge to align product and service solutions to customer needs
Works to find new sales leads
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned
