Job Overview The
Director, Customer RGM- Regions
is responsible for setting the strategic agenda and capabilities for the entire Customer RGM channel. The role creates transparent performance insights, collaborates with field and customer teams, and maintains accountability for annual revenue, rate, and profit plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Direct RGM strategy design and implementation initiatives to maximize revenue within key customer groups.
Lead frequent market analysis and present findings, solutions, and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain channel and customer guardrails and pricing guidelines within the marketplace.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., CCNA) on revenue‑impacting topics such as funding and annual planning.
Identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with teams to streamline complex system transitions.
Lead training and development activities for the RGM team, including onboarding and continuous learning.
Motivate teams to achieve performance metrics, fostering peak performance culture and consistent communication.
Drive process improvement and efficiencies across the RGM department.
Develop a roadmap and execution plan through challenging assumptions and documenting business objectives.
Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to teams, engaging in performance management, coaching, and training.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task under high‑pressure situations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Influence and collaborate across functions, managing data in Excel and in‑house systems.
Deep understanding of pricing and RGM principles.
Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing others with a strategic analysis portfolio.
Attention to detail and self‑motivation are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Seven or more years of related work experience.
Master’s degree highly preferred.
Work Environment Office environment.
