What You’ll Bring Required

Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, environmental science, or related discipline (Master’s a plus).

GPA of 3.0 or higher or equivalent experience.

2+ years of relevant experience.

Willingness to perform field work (standing/walking full days).

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to Health & Safety protocols.

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Driver’s License Required: This position requires a valid driver’s license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred

40‑hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.

GIT or EIT certification.

Experience with technical data recording and report writing.

Local candidates preferred; regional candidates considered.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field investigations: soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, soil vapor, and indoor air sampling.

Oversee drilling, soil logging, and installation of monitoring wells.

Perform aquifer testing, well development, and remedial system operations.

Assist with groundwater and wastewater system performance monitoring.

Support Phase I and II environmental assessments for property transactions.

Compile and analyze data; assist in preparing technical reports.

Prepare compliance work plans, permits, and reports for air quality, hazardous waste, stormwater, and wastewater.

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulators, tenants, and clients during field activities.
