The Role This is
not
a desk job. Our Medical Sales Representatives are in the field every day, meeting new people and growing our business across Greater San Antonio.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‑person consultations and service presentations
Prospect medical offices and build lasting relationships within your local territory
Set appointments with managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision‑makers
Represent GoSharps professionally and personably in every interaction

Can build rapport quickly with gatekeepers and decision‑makers
Are organized, accountable, and results‑driven
Present yourself confidently and professionally
Have outside sales experience (preferred, but not required – we’ll train the right person)
Uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses
Car & cell phone package
Benefits after 90 days
Compensation & Benefits Sales reps who hit their goals average $75,000‑$85,000 in their first year, but there is no cap on commissions.
