Oversee daily operations of the Employment Services program and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
Work closely with the local business community to identify and create employment opportunities.
Data collection/reporting and budget development/adherence.
Work cooperatively with Vocational Rehabilitation and the Lincoln County School Districts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree qualifying as a QDDP.
5+ years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
