About The Role As an Senior Account & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring net new logo customers and driving upsell opportunities within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands complex buying cycles, and can balance strategic hunting with consultative account management. Your success will directly impact revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement 100% Remote position. You will report to the Associate Director, Field Sales.

Required Job Qualifications (Min. 2yr+ experience)

2 years in a quota-carrying, full sales cycle role

Proven success in acquiring net new logo customers and expanding existing accounts through upsell strategies.

Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and decision-making processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales approaches.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of accounts and activities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close net new logo accounts and upsell opportunities within existing customer relationships.

Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the customer organization.

Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos that address specific business challenges.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with moderate autonomy and strategic insight.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM.

Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.

Provide input into forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Compensation Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $76,350 – $105,700. This role is eligible for commission.
