The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. SPA is trusted partners developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging high priority needs, assessing cutting‑edge technologies, and supporting capabilities for national defense. The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting‑edge technology necessary for national defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer‑approved plans, schedules, metrics and measures for all identified functional area processes. Provide plans, schedules and metrics for program management reviews (PMR) and award fee determinations as requested by the customer. Establish, integrate and manage portfolio management (PfM) processes in line with the Office, Group, Directorate and/or Chief Information Officer governance forums. Integrate PfM investment reviews with higher‑order federal budget processes, deliverables or initiatives to address formal and ad‑hoc data requirements from the customer. Support compliance and oversight requirements for technology, resources or other portfolio requirements through reports, data analysis or as needed by the customer. Conduct RFP development, cost estimation, execution and coordination activities. Implement and execute customer‑directed process improvements. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly or willingness to take a Poly

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities. NRO or IC mission experience. Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency and flexibility. Ability to relate professionally with senior government customers and colleagues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to report to a designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the customer’s needs. Desired Qualifications

BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics. Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as ITIL. Familiarity with JIRA. Familiarity with Confluence. Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures and service adoption. Portfolio Management Training.
