We are looking for a pastor that would fulfill the biblicalrequirements of an elder found in 1st Timothy and Titus. Being a thriving rural churchwill require the pastor to be multifaceted, serving our congregation of all ages. LFCC isa biblically based church believing in the inerrant word of God.We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who can easily build relationships with bothmembers and non-members of our community. The pastor will be a Godly man thatknows the word of God and lives byit.Key Duties and Responsibilities:● Biblical based sermons (Preaching and teaching)● Spiritual Leadership alongside the elders● Collaborate with committees of the church● Community involvement● Good communicator● Visionary- Position Location
