Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Senior Salesforce Developer
to join our team and support key platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of system maintenance, incident analysis, and change validations with minimal supervision. This role involves coordinating seasonal releases and sandbox refreshes while contributing to mission-critical enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot incidents across Salesforce platforms
Perform system maintenance and health checks
Validate and implement critical changes in alignment with change control processes
Coordinate seasonal Salesforce release planning and impact assessments
Manage sandbox refresh schedules and validations
Deliver OE (Operational Excellence) enhancements and support OL (Operational Logistics) demands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Experience working on both Classic and Lightning platforms
Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle mission-critical work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud
Familiarity with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
