Position Overview
Job posting will remain open for 30 days starting 23-Dec-2025. This role is for a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Transaction Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of BRE real estate transactions from inception to completion within a designated portion of the BRE portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders. The role is critical in ensuring that BRE real estate transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of BRE real estate transactions from inception to completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of related work experience preferred.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving, financial and real‑estate acumen, technological proficiency, and client‑focused approach.
Depth of knowledge of corporate real‑estate transaction management principles and practices, including finance, accounting, construction management, project management, lease administration, operations, IS, etc.
Understanding of financial policies and procedures common in the corporate real property industry.
Membership in corporate/commercial real‑estate industry organization(s) is preferred.
