HVAC Comfort Advisor – Jazz Home Services (Pleasanton, CA)
We are seeking a DIY‑savvy, customer‑focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team at Jazz Home Services. The role involves delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while working within our top‑tier local brand.

Responsibilities
Deliver a great client experience by educating them on improving the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
Communicate daily with the sales coordinator and/or sales manager.
Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow‑up/prospecting.
Qualifications
HVAC experience is not required, but a plus.
B2C sales experience or aptitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales experience required, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Comfortable navigating multiple software systems.
Pay Transparency The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $60,000 – $225,000. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
