Warehouse Utility Worker is a key member of the Shipping/Receiving team, learning other positions over time to handle peak demand and provide versatility. Key Responsibilities
Pack/palletize/wrap products for safe shipment. Label packages and secure items on pallets. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts. Assist in staging orders, pulling products from inventory, and organizing the shipping area. Perform basic receiving tasks such as unloading incoming materials and stocking shelves. Maintain cleanliness in the shipping/receiving area. Support inventory tasks such as basic counting or cycle counts. Follow safety protocols and use PPE. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus. Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Basic ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Willing and able to pass forklift certification provided. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Knowledge of basic safety practices and attention to detail. Benefits
