Base pay range $19.00/hr – $28.50/hr

Description The Member Relationship Representative I provides exceptional member experiences by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long lasting relationships with existing and prospective members. This position is responsible for processing teller transactions, as well as member service responsibilities. The Member Relationship Representative I helps members to understand and address their financial needs by utilizing a consultative sales and service approach.

Responsibilities

Consistently executes appropriate behaviors aligned with the credit union's values and member service standards to deliver an exceptional member experience in the branch.

Identifies the financial needs of each member served.

Achieves all assigned member service and sales goals.

Acquires and maintains all member relationships over the entire lifecycle of the member by identifying and understanding the financial needs of the member.

Recommends appropriate solutions to meet member needs and consults with or refers to product specialists as needed.

Completes all member requests including onboarding new members, opening new deposit accounts, servicing requests, and routine bank transactions.

Participates in branch operational tasks such as audits, cash settlements, daily recap, ATMs, cash recyclers, month reporting.

Develops and deepens member relationships by taking ownership to resolve member issues efficiently.

Enhances knowledge of the credit union's products and services to promote all available opportunities.

Executes all sales, servicing, banking transactions and operational tasks accurately, following security and compliance policies, including the Teller Balancing Policy.

Adheres to all policies and procedures, and compliance with BSA, OFAC, and other regulations.

The salary range for this role is $19.00 – $28.50/hr, determined by experience and other factors as permitted by law.

Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. One to three years of customer service and sales experience, at least six months of cash handling experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Skilled in engaging members to optimize sales opportunities, problem solving, proactive issue resolution, and comfortable with technology. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must be able to work a rotating schedule Monday through Saturday. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Employees are expected to exhibit All One Credit Union's core values.
