Position: The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team Member
Base pay range: $16.50/hr - $18.50/hr
The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively driving sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge to ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
Support store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer needs.
