As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will receive training in sales processes, technology, and culture and collaborate with a high‑energy team. You’ll build a foundation in sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. Flexible schedules, benefits, incentives, and discount programs are included. Major Responsibilities
Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 firms.
Manage large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
Results oriented, detail‑focused, and excellent time‑management skills.
Valid driver’s license with willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26′ box truck.
Full attendance essential. Must maintain DOT Driver Qualification File as required.
Willingness to travel within district for customers, training, and work locations; complete background investigation and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
Read, communicate verbally or in writing, remember and analyze information, and understand instructions.
Stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
