Aid in the fabrication, assembly , and repair of liquid-filled pad mount transformers.
A. Responsibilities and Duties
Safety first mindset
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Skilled with hand tools
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while standing for an extended time
Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors
Willing to work in a team environment with a “one team, one goal” mindset
B. Qualifications and Skills
Read and interpret technical documents wiring schematics and drawings or other verbal or written instructions.
Build components of standard and engineered-to-order products using hand tools, and torque driver s.
Perform set-ups, minor troubleshooting, and routine preventative maintenance when required to ensure peak performance of all manufacturing equipment .
Ensure quality criteria are met by review of documents, consciencesassembly,and proper employment of quality verification checklist .
Comply with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment in a safe and competent manner .
Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
Identify any defective items and handle them according to established quality processes.
