Municipal Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Municipal Customer Service Representative candidate for assignment in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The selected candidate will provide customer assistance in response to problems and related service inquiries, receive or initiate customer contact in order to resolve complaints and will be responsible for customer billing activities, cash receipts and related reporting. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm. This position has a pay rate of $18.50 - $20.50/hr Responsibilities
- Answer telephones - Receive and route messages - Maintain complaint tracking records, and work order system, to insure timely, efficient and complete service - Handle requests for meter reads, load and unload readings - Receive, log and dispatch waterline marking requests - Maintain contact with field maintenance personnel to relay information and dispatch maintenance requests - Enter and track information, produce reports, maintain customer service account records and enter and close out service tracking records to ensure timely and accurate installation process - General office tasks - Perform other duties as required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED - A valid Drivers License - 2+ years of office clerical experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office
