About Us Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 Labs (venture-backed global team with headquarters in Silicon Valley), a new venture dedicated to building agentic AI for SMBs globally. This opportunity delivers “Day 1” agility and zero bureaucracy of a new startup.
The Role We are looking for a Founding Marketer to work directly with the Founders to take a B2B AI startup from 0 to 2M ARR . This is not a “manager” role. This is a hands‑on, high‑velocity execution role. You will be the first marketer on the ground: media buyer, copywriter, designer, and strategist wrapped in one.
If you are a relentless executor who is tired of corporate red‑tape or managing 10 clients at an agency and want to build a revenue engine from scratch with a significant budget and total autonomy, this is your arena.
What You Will Do Build the Paid Engine (Meta/Google/LinkedIn): Execute high‑velocity testing. Launch, kill, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC. Understand that creative is the targeting.
Orchestrate Outbound Ops: Build automated, high‑intent outbound systems using modern tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo). Scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that get demos booked via email + LinkedIn + other channels.
High‑Velocity Creative Production: Use Canva/Figma yourself. Spin up 10–20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find the winning hooks.
Full‑Funnel CRO: Build landing pages and copy, improve sign‑up flow, and email nurture sequences to move from “Click” to “Credit Card.”
Revenue Obsession: Focus on demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue, not vanity metrics.
Out‑of‑the‑Box Thinker: Try unconventional marketing, set up an event, do something creative that garners attention.
Who You Are 0‑to‑1 Builder: Have taken a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR before. Comfortable with chaos and ambiguity.
Technically Scrappy: Able to fix pixels, set up Zapier workflows, use Framer, Stripe, PostHog, attribution tools.
Urgency & Ownership: Believe speed is the ultimate competitive advantage; take initiative.
Copywriter: Write headlines that stop scroll and emails that get replies; understand B2B sales psychology.
