Think “create, publish, learn” mindset.* Work in a clear and thoughtful manner and be able to articulate the strategic thinking behind your creative process.* Have a deep understanding of advertising and marketing processes.* Thrive in a collaborative environment, but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills.* Highly curious and interested in exploring and discovering new creative formats that help drive business impact.* Manage and nurture collaborative working relationships with cross functional stakeholders across varying verticals, disciplines and markets.* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion design, filmmaking or equivalent experience* 12+ years of experience working as an art director in advertising agencies – preferably a mix of in-house, external agency or freelance.* Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns and innovative, high-impact projects.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other industry standard design tools* Experience in B2B and growth marketing in tech and social media.* Experience working in matrixed organizations.* Proficiency in Generative AI.* Proficient working with Keynote and Figma.* Specific expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.* Experience working in a Google Docs lead project environment.* Frame.io knowledge.In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
