What You’ll Do
Build and review draft budgets, monitor expenses, and flag issues early
Enforce covenants with fairness, clarity, and consistent follow-through
Develop a strong network of vendors and internal support
Create clean, useful monthly management reports
Gather competitive bids and clearly compare your options
Walk communities regularly and turn what you find into action
Organize and lead board, annual, and special meetings
Recommend process improvements that reduce chaos and increase predictability
Keep documents accurate and accessible for those who need them
Track contract terms and renewals so nothing slips through the cracks
Respond to service requests quickly and close the loop with residents
Represent Silverleaf with professionalism, steadiness, and empathy
What You Bring
At least one year of community association management experience
Strong board relationship skills and the ability to build consensus
Solid understanding of budgets, maintenance, and basic operations
Active CAM certification
Comfort with modern PM tools, spreadsheets, and vendor portals
