We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Content Producer. Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions (MCS) is looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and action-driven Content Producer to bring our global Mobile Cooling stories to life — from first concept to final delivery. This role is equal parts hands‑on producer and behind‑the‑scenes orchestrator — managing shoots in the field one week and streamlining timelines, budgets, and approvals the next. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, product, marketing, and retail teams — keeping projects moving, content sharp, and the details dialed. This role reports to the Global Director of Marketing Communications, Mobile Cooling Solutions and collaborates closely with the GTM and Creative teams across all our regions, America, Europe and Australia. Key Responsibilities This role combines creative coordination, operational precision, and field execution to deliver high‑quality content that fuels global campaigns and go‑to‑market success. Content Operations & Project Management Own the end‑to‑end content production workflow across GTM initiatives — from briefing to delivery — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand standards are met. Build, manage, and maintain the content production calendar, aligning priorities across creative, product, and marketing teams. Streamline production processes to increase speed, visibility, and accountability across stakeholders. Partner with GTM and Creative Traffic Managers to translate GTM priorities into executable content plans. Act as the day‑to‑day bridge between creative, product, and digital teams — ensuring all moving parts of GTM content stay on track, from first brief to final file delivery. Manage inbound content requests for e‑commerce, Amazon, retail, and sales enablement, balancing capacity with strategic priorities. Support in‑store and retail experience teams by ensuring timely asset delivery and accuracy across all placements. Copywriting & Translation Management Drive the copy process forward — from first draft to final delivery — keeping GTM packaging, PDP, and marketing copy on deadline, approved, and in the right hands for publishing. Manage and brief freelance or agency copywriters to ensure tone, consistency, and clarity across deliverables. Ensure copy aligns with product visuals by coordinating with creative, sales and e‑commerce teams to pre‑plan shot lists that meet all storytelling needs. Coordinate translation workflows with global vendors, ensuring accurate, on‑brand localization for multi‑region launches. Align written content with campaign messaging, product positioning, and storytelling priorities. Field & Studio Production Lead on‑location and studio content shoots, managing logistics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Source and manage locations, talent, permits, and travel logistics, ensuring smooth production under tight timelines. Partner with photographers, videographers, editors, and stylists to maintain visual consistency and quality across all assets. Support on‑ground needs during production — from gear logistics and crew coordination to capturing behind‑the‑scenes content when needed. Oversee post‑production workflows, ensuring edits, colour, and format versions meet brand and channel standards. Manage final file delivery, organization, and archiving in alignment with Dometic’s asset management systems. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure the right assets are accessible and optimized for each channel and market. Third‑Party & Creator Content Brief and oversee third‑party creators, freelancers, and partners, ensuring clear direction, brand adherence, and on‑time delivery. Coordinate reviews and approvals, maintaining alignment between global and regional marketing leads. Track and organize incoming assets for use across digital, retail, and PR channels. Maintain oversight of all external content quality and alignment, ensuring output matches Dometic’s brand tone and visual identity.
