As a Content Writer at PWI, you will craft clear, engaging written content that strengthens our brand, supports marketing initiatives, and improves customer understanding of our products and services. You will produce a variety of materials—such as blogs, emails, website content, and printed resources—while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and a strong brand voice. Your work helps drive SEO growth, enhance customer experience, and support the overall success of the marketing team. Responsibilities Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned content for blogs, web pages, emails, print materials, and marketing campaigns. Research topics and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strong storytelling. Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and consistency. Strengthen digital performance through SEO research, optimized structure, keyword placement, and refreshing older content. Create email content that improves engagement, including stronger open and click‑through rates. Maintain and update website and blog content to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign goals. Review performance data with the Marketing team and adjust content based on insights. Assist with social media content, podcast development, and other emerging marketing channels as needed. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or lift items such as documents, marketing materials, or light equipment (typically under 20 lbs).
