What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop training curricula, including knowledge base articles, operational guides, and assessments
Create instructional materials, such as training manuals and multimedia visual aids
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure content aligns with learning objectives
Manage training assets and maintain consistency in tone and structure across documentationRegularly review and update content to ensure relevance and alignment with current business needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
Fluent in verbal and written English with a high proficiency level
Experience maintaining confidentiality of information
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
University studies in instructional technology, technical writing, or related fields
Demonstrated experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Knowledge of content creation best practices and adult learning principles
Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
