Experience with two and three-dimensional CAD design. Blueprint reading skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills. Job Preferences Familiarity with fabrication techniques, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics. Injection Molding – Two Shot Experience Understanding GD&T Principles Knowledge of CMM Machine programming Knowledge of Autodesk or Inventor software Knowledge of CAM techniques Job Summary Work with internal and external teams to source EOAT’s, Poka Yoke, CMM fixtures, etc. to facilitate the manufacturing of new and existing products. Design internal sourced EOAT’s, Poka Yoke, or CMM fixtures. Program CMM Machine to measure new and existing products. Essential Job Functions CMM Operation for data collection CMM Programming EOAT Design and Builds Manage and Track CMM fixtures Design and Track Inspection fixtures Maintain Plant layout Help sales, quality, and manufacturing teams with customer issues as they arise. Follow all IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.
