Job Role MicroStation / ProjectWise / OpenRoads Designer Duration 6+ Months Location Austin, TX (Onsite) Requirements 5+ years of experience with MicroStation / ProjectWise / OpenRoads Designer 5+ years in enterprise software implementation and deployment 5+ years in software package creation and deployment 5+ years as SME for CADD tools and extensive support for civil engineering software 5+ years in effective customer‑centric support 5+ years providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows Excellent communication skills and team player Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Makes decisions that support business objectives and goals Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience using AI tools to gain efficiencies in Digital Delivery Job Responsibilities Share knowledge of CADD / civil engineering principles and practices Troubleshoot CADD issues Assist end users to ensure CADD projects are completed on time, within budget, and to user requirements Collaborate with business analysts, technical writers, developers, and others to understand CADD requirements Work Hours and Location Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or as approved by TxDOT. Location: 6230 E Stassney Lane, Austin TX 78744. Vendor must request TxDOT approval in advance for any Resource working more than 40 hours per week. The resource must be in the office a minimum of four days a week, or as approved by TxDOT. Note: Resource may be required to work evenings or weekends to meet business needs and deadlines.
