Product Designer - Olympics Footwear Design This role will lead high‑visibility footwear design work across innovation, materials, and product creation, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver premium performance footwear solutions. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with deep footwear industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently. Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Key Responsibilities Lead expert‑level industrial design for performance footwear within the Olympics portfolio Drive innovation and materials design, translating insights into compelling footwear solutions Partner cross‑functionally with Design, Development, Engineering, and Product teams throughout the product creation lifecycle Communicate design intent, progress, and risks clearly to leaders and working teams Manage multiple footwear projects independently, navigating ambiguity and complexity Ensure design solutions align with performance, innovation, and brand standards Required Skills Expert‑level industrial design experience within the footwear industry Strong background in innovation, materials design, and product creation processes Proven ability to work independently as a self‑starter without close supervision Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workflows Excellent communication skills across cross‑functional and leadership teams Experience working in a corporate footwear design environment Preferred Skills 10+ years of professional footwear design experience Familiarity working on performance or sport‑focused footwear portfolios Experience operating at a P5 / Expert Designer level within product design organizations Ability to influence partners and stakeholders through clear design storytelling About BrickRed Systems BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next‑generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
