The ideal candidate thrives independently but also collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams including account managers, data specialists, and production staff. Key Responsibilities Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet tight deadlines Maintain design consistency while adapting creative to a variety of formats and client needs Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output Requirements Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (INDD) Strong working knowledge of XMPie for VDP Experience with direct mail production and print file setup Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines Familiarity with postal regulations and mailpiece specifications a plus Nice to Have Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat Understanding of prepress and color management Previous agency or print shop experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
