Fleet Farm is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to develop innovative learning programs for our stores, distribution centers and corporate teams. What You’ll Do: Design and develop interactive and engaging training programs that meet the needs of our store operations and Store Support Center. Utilize a variety of training software tools to create e-learning modules, video tutorials, and in-person workshop materials. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather key information, asking the right questions to understand business requirements and training objectives. Transform business processes and requirements into fun, interactive learning experiences that resonate with our Team Members. Ensure all training materials are aligned with company standards and support a consistent learning culture across the organization. Who You Are: Proficient in using training software and e-learning development tools. Skilled at translating business needs into creative and effective training content. An excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders to extract crucial information and turn it into actionable learning material. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about making learning both informative and enjoyable.
