Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the client's vision.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
• Manage event budgets, preparing cost estimates, and tracking expenses to stay within budget.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the planning process.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
