Are you passionate about sports and enjoy being part of exciting live events? Aligra are delighted to partner again with our esteemed client in the heart of Bath to recruit dedicated Event Stewards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team, working at regular sporting fixtures throughout the season, and play a key role in creating safe, memorable experiences for all attendees. With shifts mainly on Saturdays, you’ll gain valuable experience in crowd management, safety, and customer service—all while soaking up the thrilling atmosphere of Bath’s vibrant sports scene. What’s in it for you? Pay rate of per hour Regular shifts – Stewards required from 12pm Saturday 27th December 2025 and Saturday 3rd January 2026 Full training provided—no prior experience necessary Opportunity to develop event management and customer service skills Friendly, supportive team environment Your key duties will include: Managing crowds and directing visitors safely to their seats Monitoring safety and security, acting as first point of contact during emergencies Providing excellent customer service by assisting visitors with enquiries Supporting smooth event operations through clear communication with colleagues Helping with post-event crowd dispersal and venue checks What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills and professionalism Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts Ability to stay calm under pressure Previous stewarding experience is beneficial but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
