Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
Design assets including menus, instore signage, promotional flyers, table tents, packaging elements, and digital displays.
Create graphics for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization.
Digital & Social Content Creation
Design graphics, templates, and visual elements for social media content, ads, website assets, and email marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that supports brand storytelling.
Production & Print Management
Prepare print‑ready files and manage production with external print vendors.
Review proofs, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot color or formatting issues.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to support new menu items, promotions, and store initiatives.
Provide design support for new store openings, local store marketing materials, and special events.
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 to 5+ years of design experience, preferably in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience preparing print files and working with printers.
Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
