Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Weber Associates is a Columbus-based marketing agency and frontline consultancy that develops creative and sales support materials for our Fortune 100 clients’ sales and marketing needs. We focus primarily on B2B2B/C marketing for very large multi-channel industries, including financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications. At Weber, our mission is to simplify the complex to make it easy to understand and take action. We are actively seeking a graphic designer to join our team on staff after a 90-day contracted trial period. Requirements Bachelors Degree in graphic design 3-5 years of relevant experience at a marketing agency or business B2B2B/C marketing experience strongly preferred Willingness &/or experience to adopt AI as a tool to improve speed to complete assignments “Open & communicative” work process, IE ability to provide concepts and drafts early on to collaborate with the team Industry experience and/or relevant samples available for review Ability to learn and adhere to client brand standards and ADA accessibility requirements Comfort with complex, technical information Detail oriented Organized Proactive Tasks Creatively lay out and conceptualize complex information in a manner that makes it easy to understand and drive interest, engagement and action with target audiences. Design within various customers’ brand requirements Deal with complex and high volume of client information (see industries above) Participate in customer meetings to collect needed input Ability to adopt multiple approaches and creative outputs (from quick-turn mock-ups to long-term exploration with multiple interactions and reviews) depending on client and assignment Pivot between multiple teams / clients / industries, maintaining simultaneous deadlines Execute from high-level ideation to small changes Organize data and navigate detailed information / processes Tools used Microsoft product suite Approved AI tools Website creation platforms / CMS Work product Executive and Sales Presentations Product Brochures, Flyers, or Presentations Digital and Social Media Campaign materials Infographics Web Designs Dynamic Content/Motion Graphics (Video or Animation) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Advertising and Marketing Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
