Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring artwork and forms are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
Assist in preparing submission packages (artwork files, mockups, and required documentation) for on-time delivery.

Work closely with senior designers and the licensing team to understand brand guidelines and requirements.
Support team members with quick turnaround design updates and file prep as timelines require.
