Freelance Motion Graphics Coordinator – Trailer Park Group Trailer Park Group is a full‑service agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. We support our clients—top entertainment studios and major brands—with strategy, creativity, and the latest digital services, combining storytelling expertise with large‑scale production resources. This role is a 2‑month freelance assignment (Feb–Mar) and is hybrid (Hollywood). Working hours are 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. with flexibility to stay longer as business needs arise. Responsibilities Plan, schedule and coordinate the production of graphic elements for Theatrical Trailers, TV marketing/promos, and Home Entertainment TV Spots. Work with Creative Directors and Producers to develop and streamline creative design and animation. Manage project deadlines and artist responsibilities. Ensure consistent appearance and style across all marketing communications. Assist other personnel and technical managers with creative services tasks. Qualifications 3+ years of graphics experience in the industry. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Technical Illustration, Art, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and a plus for After Effects. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products. Demonstrated commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, consistency in work product, and above‑average customer service skills. Energetic, outgoing personality with a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to work the late shift (12 p.m. – 8 p.m.) with flexibility for extended hours. Knowledge and Skills Clear communicator who gives directions well. Excellent multi‑tasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about design. Exceptional problem‑solving aptitude. Self‑motivated and driven, taking initiative to learn new hardware and software. Level‑headed, calm, and able to function well under stress.
