Job Summary QuickVisit Urgent Care seeks a contract Marketing Coordinator to promote healthcare services, drive patient engagement, and enhance brand awareness. The role involves grassroots marketing, designing materials, coordinating events, evaluating campaigns, and motivating the team, collaborating with internal and external vendors. Essential Job Functions Oversee all communication for QuickVisit: webpages, social media, newsletters, and other channels. Develop promotional materials for print, digital, and video. Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and share feedback with management. Lead and coordinate internal events for employee engagement and retention. Set strategic marketing goals and lead planning/implementation of new long‑term strategies. Coordinate with operational teams and external vendors for clinic openings and community outreach. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Manage and update website content, physician bios, and service pages. Delegate tasks to clinic managers and staff for community grassroots campaigns. Analyze market insights to develop outreach strategies and generate qualified leads. Communicate marketing programs, strategies, and budgets to senior leaders. Follow budget guidelines. Work independently and lead the marketing team. Develop relationships with Employer Services and expand employer contracts. Represent the company at business functions, community events, training, and networking opportunities. Ensure all marketing content meets HIPAA and legal standards. Travel between facilities and QVUC sites. Perform other duties as assigned. Examples of Distinct Duties & Core Responsibilities Travel to clinic communities 3‑4 days per week. Host or participate in chamber of commerce and community events. Coordinate community event involvement with clinic managers. Support annual fall football game sponsorship. Ensure participation in community events (Back to School Bash, Summer Reading Program, Halloween Trick‑or‑Treat, etc.). Maintain event calendar for reporting. Sponsor and attend senior center and YMCA events. Update employer accounts in EMR and tracking spreadsheets. Maintain renewed employer contracts. Analyze results/data from marketing efforts. Host bi‑monthly marketing committee meetings. Update company intranet monthly. Pull weekly reports and analyze patient feedback. Ensure promotional materials are published in the community. Maintain up‑to‑date interior and digital collateral. Maintain online digital presence with regular posting (2‑3 times per week). Create monthly blog posts and publish on the website. Send monthly email blasts to the patient base. Run bi‑monthly marketing text campaigns. Maintain the website, make minor updates, and collaborate with digital web agency for major changes.
