Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and WMS.
- Locate products on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Verify picked items against order tickets for accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet daily performance targets for picking efficiency and accuracy.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks such as stocking or cycle counts as needed.
- Perform lifting of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret product labels and order information.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
- Awareness of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management is a plus.
