Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order tickets or RF scanner prompts.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Stage picked items for the packing station or next process step.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent personal injury and product damage.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be capable of frequent and repetitive Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics is beneficial.
