Order Picker

Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify and retrieve ordered items from warehouse shelves.
• Verify product information using a handheld scanner.
• Stage picked items for consolidation and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and picking path.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Ensure that all tasks are performed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret pick lists and item codes accurately.
• Physical capability for extensive walking, standing, and bending.
• Ability to handle lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE , including safety footwear and high-visibility clothing.
• Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory control.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
