Utilize online platforms for remote document authentication, including ID verification and secure digital signature processing. Maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
• Have specialized training or certification in document authentication.
• Understand relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Be proficient in online platforms, digital tools, and document management systems.
• Demonstrate meticulousness in verifying document authenticity.
• Excel in both verbal and written communication.
• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
• Uphold honesty, impartiality, and confidentiality.

Payment

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
