Position Overview

Shape the future of brain & spine care at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. Tenet Healthcare and Abrazo Brain & Spine are seeking a Spine Focused Neurosurgeon to join our growing neurosurgery program in Glendale, Arizona.

Key Highlights

• Full‑time, employed role
• Variable schedule: 2‑3 days/week in clinic and OR
• Shared call responsibilities: 7‑10 days/month
• Dedicated PA pool (1 PA per attending) to support both clinic and surgical work
• Collaborative, forward‑thinking team with shared vision for program development

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a desire to contribute to program growth
