- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring timely submission.
- Apply foundational accounting principles to support various financial activities.
- Collaborate with senior team members on client-specific projects and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and spreadsheets.
