Investor Relations Coordinator Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Overview Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading private investment firm on the search for an Investor Relations Coordinator , a highly visible role supporting a growing and increasingly sophisticated Investor Relations function. This newly created position reflects the firm’s continued investment in strengthening its fundraising infrastructure and investor engagement capabilities. The Investor Relations Coordinator will serve as the organizational and administrative backbone of the IR team, providing critical support across investor communications, fundraising coordination, CRM management, and executive administration. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, managing logistics, and delivering a high-touch experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Investor Relations team, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution of all IR-related activities. Act as executive-level administrative support to the Head of Investor Relations, including calendar management, coordination, and follow-up. Maintain investor trackers, outreach logs, responses, follow-ups, DDQs, and fundraising-related reporting. Monitor and manage the Investor Relations inbox, reviewing communications, acknowledging receipt, and escalating items as appropriate. Support the preparation, organization, and coordination of investor materials and responses. Serve as the primary point of contact for the IR team’s CRM, maintaining data integrity and day-to-day usage. Support a planned CRM redesign and reimplementation in partnership with internal stakeholders. Coordinate domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, and scheduling for Investor Relations leadership. Manage expense tracking and reimbursement related to IR activities and travel. Partner closely with senior IR professionals to support fundraising execution and investor engagement. Help create structure and process within a growing IR function, ensuring consistent and professional investor-facing execution. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising, private equity, asset management, or a related investment environment. Understanding of investor relations processes, fundraising workflows, and investor communications. Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting senior professionals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization with changing priorities. Enjoys administrative and coordination responsibilities and takes pride in operational excellence. Experience with CRM systems required (specific platforms not required). Polished, professional communicator with a client-facing orientation. Flexible with working hours and responsive to time-sensitive requests. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and dependable. Reporting & Location The Investor Relations Coordinator will report directly to the New York City based Head of Investor Relations and will work closely with Investor Relations leadership across the platform. This role is open to 100% remote candidates. For candidates based in New York City, periodic in-person meetings (approximately 1–2 times per week) may be required.
